It is often sometimes necessary to also take details about access conditions to your property, which may include images you have submitted or which we have taken during a site visit. We may also keep a reference of any quotes you have requested from us as well as past order history.
From time to time, we may wish to get in touch to let you know about opportunities or events that we feel may be of genuine interest. However, we will always invite you to ‘opt in’ to these communications first and you can update your preferences at any time.
When we collect it
Your information is collected only when you provide it to us, usually by making an enquiry or registering for a special event. You may also provide it to us in order to set up account features on our website, so that you can create favourites lists and estimate costings.
How it is protected
If you have shared your information to express an interest in one of our special events, your information may be shared with organisations co-hosting that event, for purposes of registration and communication of information pertaining to the event.
