What are cookies

What are Cookies?

Cookies are tiny informational files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages – well, most web pages, actually! They enable a website to recognize you when you return to the site, so you can pick up where you left off. For example, cookies allow you to customize views, create and store Favourites Lists, retrieve Past Order information etc. Cookies can’t harm your computer, but are sometimes used unscrupulously for online marketing purposes. This has prompted recent legislation requiring websites to declare whether they use cookies, and in what manner. We are only too happy to comply. Please click the tab above to see our cookie Policy.

Note that you can adjust the settings on your Web Browser to either allow or block cookies. See Managing Cookies Tab above.

Our cookie policy

Our Cookies Policy

At we only use cookies to keep track of what you have placed on your Favourites List, to remember you when you return to the site, and to enhance the performance of the website for our visitors. For example, to help us identify and resolve errors, to track popularity of content by page view frequency, or to determine relevant related information to show you when you’re browsing our own website. We never store any personally identifiable information such as credit card details, telephone numbers, or addresses as cookies, and we never sell information about your page viewing to external marketing companies (though we recommend you check the Cookie policy of the search engine you are using). Below is a list of the main cookies we use, and how we use them. You’ll find information about 3rd party cookies on the next tab. We hope this reassures you of our best intentions to protect your privacy online.

To save a Favourites List or any personal settings on our website, you need to have cookies enabled on your web browser. Most web browsers have this as a default setting, but see Managing Cookies Tab for help with turning them on if you need to.

If you don’t want to enable cookies, you will still be able to view all the content on our website, you just won’t be able to customize any views or save any information to a Favourites List.
