Venue Facilities For Seminars And Meetings

A central purpose of our Visitor Advice Centre is to provide a venue for educational events, seminars and meetings.  When the facilities are not being used for our own hosted functions, we are pleased to extend use of them to our trade customers and industry associates.   Hire costs are nominal with first bookings free of charge as an introductory gesture.  Tea, coffee and biscuits are inclusive and catering can be arranged upon request.

Have an idea for a seminar but need help arranging it?  We are always looking for topics for seminars and receptive to the prospect of co-hosting events.  Do get in touch if you’d like to propose an event.

The Setting

Our Visitor Advice Centre sits at the heart of our inspiring 27 acre nursery in Hertfordshire.  The oak frame building has a spacious reception area with complimentary coffee; a conference room; a courtyard with outdoor kitchen; a smaller meeting room and two consultation rooms.  The venue is easily accessible just off Junction 9 of the M1 and approximately 15 minutes’ drive from Luton Airport. There are two hotels within walking distance (Premier Inn, Holiday Inn) as well as the picturesque village of Flamstead, with its traditional country pubs and many footpaths radiating into the countryside.
