After every sale, however great or small, we send out a Customer Satisfaction Survey. We started this practice in 2005 and rely heavily on it to guide us in the continual improvement of our products and services. Furthermore, on the rare occasion that we do not totally satisfy the customer, it gives us an opportunity to follow up and usually correct any deficiency.
