An excellent magnolia bearing sweetly scented, golden to creamy yellow, goblet shaped flowers in March to April, each delicately blushed at the base. Unlike other yellow magnolias, Honey Tulip flowers on bare branches and blooms well even at a young age. Elegant upright habit. Requires shelter, and acid to neutral, moist but well-drained soil. H5
