'Shishigashira' is a superb maple with upright habit and gorgeous, light-green foliage. The deeply lobed leaves grow in tufts along the branches giving a the tree a very distinc appearance. As autumn approaches the dense foliage turns a striking gold suffused with rose and crimson tones. Elegant, small reddish-purpe flowers in spring. H5
