A graceful cultivar with weeping branches becoming mound-like with age. The delicate, filigree-like leaves unfold bright-red in spring, retaining their beautiful colour into summer then becoming dark burgandy before turning bright red with orange undertones in autumn. Does best in semi-shade in moist, well-drained soil away from drying winds. H5
