The cultivar 'Viridis' has bright green, deeply cut, palmate leaves on arching branches that in time form a 3 meter tall and equally wide mound. The small, red, spring flowers provide a beautiful contrast to the unfolding leaves. Golden yellow colours with red tints in autumn. Plant in a sheltered, well lit, moist but well drained postion.
