Deciduous. A small tree which naturally forms a surprisingly uniform, dense spherical crown. Autumn colour is intense yellow. Often grown as a mop-head and pollarded regularly to keep size controlled. Drought tolerant and not wind sensitive. A shallow rooting tree.
