Deciduous. A broadly round to conical, large, dense crowned tree with fanshaped deeply lobed leaves. Bears yellow cone-shaped flowers in late spring to early summer followed by smooth fruit in autumn. Tolerates sun or partial shade. Slow to moderate growth rate. Has a good resistance to bleeding canker although there is no warranty against it. Also resistant to leaf miner.
