A most elegant camellia originating in Italy 1850 with large, formal double porcelain-white flowers, occationally with a subtle hint of soft pink. A supposed favorite of Coco Chanel! Large and glossy, dark-green leaves. Vigorous with an upright habit. Requires shelter away from cold and drying winds. Plant in acid to neutral soil. Full or partial shade. H4
