In the midst of spring this delicate tree puts on a show to remember. Deep-pink, pea-like, flowers unfold on bare branches in March to April lighting up even the most overcast day. Rich-green, heart-shaped leaves soon follow, turning buttery-yellow as autumn draws near. Do not feed with artificial plant food after planting, as this can damage roots. Hardy.
