The paperbush, named so after its attractive papery, cinnamon-coloured bark, is a remarkable plant. In winter to early spring the tips of the branches unfold to reveal silky, hair-covered inflorescences bearing clusters of fragrant, tubular yellow flowers. Pleasant mid-green summer foliage.
