A small to medium sized tree (perhaps 6-8 meters at maturity) with a loosely round, fairly open crown. The foliage of 'Rubylace' emerges a brown red tone, phasing to bronzy green and finally green through the summer. The tree is deep rooting and tolerates hard surfaces well, making it suitable for planting near paving. H5
