'Rubin' offers a gorgeous display of ruby-red, confetti-like flowers on bare branches in later winter and early spring. Come autumn, the show continues with the textured dark-green leaves taking on vibrant notes of yellow and orange. Prefers moist, acidic, organically rich soil but does well in acidic to neutral conditions. Best flowering in full sun. H5
