A deciduous shrub with stiff upright stems forming a rounded mound up to 2m tall. Large, dense, conical white flower heads are borne in summer, flushing gently pink as they mature in autumn. Handsome dark-green, ovate foliage. Blooms on current season's growth, so prune as needed in late winter to early spring. H5
