Arguably the best known and most widely planted of the Laburnum family, 'Vossii' forms a very small tree with a vase-shaped crown which reaches a height of perhaps 5-7 meters. Truly a sight to behold when it flowers in May/June, as the tree is literally buried under long, golden yellow pendulous bunches of flowers up to 50 centimeters long. An easy tree to grow which performs well on a wide range of soil typles. A shallow rooting habit. CAUTION toxic if eaten. H6
