This excellent hybrid between M. acuminata x M. denudata is regarding as one of the best yellow flowering cultivars. In spring, as the new foliage is about to unfurl, the handsome, pyramidal crown features scented, pale yellow, cup-shaped flowers, tinged with greenish-yellow at the base. Plant sheltered in well-drained acidic soil. H6
