A very pretty crabapple producing a profusion of blush-white blossom in spring, followed by small, bead-like, red crabapples in autumn, gradually deepening to dark maroon or black. Fruits often persist through winter and may be retained right through to the next season's blossom with a contrasting effect. Very resistant to common crabapple diseases. H7
