One of the richest and most robust of the pines, with deep green glossy needles and a picturesque, rounded, informal growth habit. A fantastic choice to provide screening and background contrast for pale spring blossom, intense autumn hues, or white stemmed birch. Heat, drought and salt tolerant. Produces yellow-brown cones. 10' in 10 years. Deep rooting.
