A French cultivar from 1938, also known as 'Hatif de Burlat', producing large, red to dark purplish-red cherries with medium firm, sweet flesh. Finely textured and less acid than most cultivars. Moderately vigorous, with a broadly vase-shaped habit. Attractive single white flowers in spring. Not self-fertile; pollination group C. H5
