'Sweet Heart' is a fairly new cultivar, originally from Canada 1990. The best feature with this tree is that the fruit doesn't ripen all at once making harvesting easier. Fruit is glossy bright red with lovely sweet flesh with just a hint of refreshing acidity. Tree is self-fertile but a neighbouring cherry does improve crop. Pollinations group D.
