A hybrid between Prunus subhirtella 'Ascendens Rosea' and Prunus x yedoensis. It has the upright habit of the former and the flexible shoot tips of the latter. Flowers in a profusion of single white flowers with a hint of pink. Leaves emerge green in spring and turn pale yellow in autumn. Bark of young trees is lustrous brown. Hardy.
